At Amore, one may find almost any sort of baking ingredients and tools to their needs. Even classes are conducted here, like pastry classes, chocolate-making classes, bread-making classes, the wonderful Agar-agar Magic classes, and the famous Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Courses.

Kindly register as soon as possible, limited places available, especially HANDS-ON classes.
Payment of a minimum of RM20.00 is required as a
deposit for demo classes only.
For Hands-On classes, a deposit of RM 50.00 is required to secure a place.
For Wilton Cake Decorating Courses AND Chocolate Class, a deposit of RM 350.00 AND RM 100.00 is required respectively to secure a seat.

Wanita Workshop - The full story
Beberapa minggu lepas, kami di Amore telah mengendalikan Program Inkubator keusahawanan Wanita (I-keUnita) Tambahan Tahun 2010, Kursus Aneka Roti, Pastri dan Kek. Program ini dijalankan sepanjang 4 hingga 8 Oktober 2010.
Alhamdulillah, program ini dijalankan dengan lancar dan jayanya. Diharapkan program ini telah memberi manfaat kepada para wanita yang telah hadir dalam kursus ini, dan akan dimanfaatkan dengan sepenuhnya, tidak kiralah sama ada untuk menjadi usahawan wanita kecil-kecilan beroperasi di rumah, atau membuka kedai dan seterusnya membuka cawangan. Seandainya anda mempunyai sebarang pertanyaan kepada kami, kami dengan tangan terbuka akan cuba dengan sebaiknya untuk membantu, dan pastinya dengan hati yang ikhlas.
Sepanjang program tersebut, kami telah dibantu oleh para wanita yang baik hati, penyabar dan bijaksana, iaitu Ms Nur Afiza, Ms Zaiton dan Ms Jamaliah.
Program yang dihadiri oleh 20 orang wanita ini telah dibahagikan kepada 4 kumpulan, iaitu Nur Sayang, Nur Kasih, Nur Amore dan Nur Cinta.
Para wanita yang telah dengan jayanya mengambil bahangian di dalam program ini adalah:-

Di sini kami akan selitkan beberapa gambar semasa program menganugerahkan sijil bagi para peserta.
Aktiviti yang telah dijalankan:-
Hari 1 - Roti Multigrain, Roti Hotdog, Roti Kacang Merah, Roti Chicken Floss
Hari 2 - Tart Custard Buah Strawberry+Kiwi+Peach, Tart Coklat, Tart Bluberry Crumble, Tart Kelapa dan Tart Cheese
Hari 3 - Kek Lembap Coklat + Chocolate Ganache dan Kek Karot Walnut + Topping Cream Cheese
Hari 4 - Kek Cawan Almond Butter, dekorasi cupcake buttercream + fondant + sugar image + chocolate ganache + piping jelly.
Resipi bonus telah diberikan - kek cawan vanilla premix
Kek cawan bonus - kek cawan orange poppy seed premix.
Hari 5 - Projek berkumpulan untuk menguji kemahiran yang telah dipelajari dan ceramah oleh Encik Muhammad Fazlaidha tentang teknik menjalankan bisnes secara online.
Buat pengetahuan semua, dalam ujian projek berkumpulan tersebut, keempat-empat kumpulan telah lulus dengan jayanya, syukur Alhamdulillah.
Kumpulan Nur Kasih telah membuat Kek Coklat Lembap yang dihiasi dengan coklat ganache dan buttercream.
Kumpulan Nur Amore telah membuat Butter Almond Cupcake dan telah dihias dengan buttercream.
Kumpulan Nur Sayang telah membuat roti aneka bentuk.
Kumpulan Nur Cinta telah membuat tart coklat dan tart buah-buahan.
Pemenang keseluruhan dimenangi oleh kumpulan Nur Sayang. tahniah! Mereka juga telah membuat "scrapbook" yang cukup kreatif untuk mengabadikan memori mereka di Amore.
Hadiah penghargaan juga diberikan kepada para peserta yang setiap hari tiba dengan awal.
Setinggi-tinggi penghargaan diberikan kepada Pembanguna Wanita kerana telah memberikan kami kepercayaan untuk menjayakan program ini.
Di sini, kami juga ingin mengambil kesempatan untuk mengucapkan ribuan terima kasih kepada
syarikat Bakel's kerana telah menyumbangkan apron bagi program ini, syarikat Harvest kerana telah menyumbangkan cupcake mix, dan syarikat Trans kerana telah menyumbangkan fondant "Snow Ice" untuk program ini. Terima kasih kerana telah berusaha memainkan peranan anda di dalam komuniti untuk menjalankan tanggungjawab sosial "social responsibility towards the community". Having responsible members of the society like these will help to better our community as well as the ties between all of us.

Wilton Course 1 October 2010
Hope everything is well for you. As for us, we just had an awesome weekend! 6 lovely ladies had recently graduated in Wilton Course 1 with flying colours :)

Now they have got their certificates, well done dear ladies! Now what about you, you there who are sitting in front of your computer/laptop/mobile phone/ some sort of technology that connects you to this blog, have you got yours yet? Yes? No? Would you like to?
We must say this, this batch of Wilton Course 1 graduates certainly have an eye for beautiful colours, not just keeping it safe with simple colours, they have splashed gorgeous colours onto their creation, conjuring a spectacular scene :)
and it really is a memory to be cherished, all the laughter and cute moments :)
