Chocolate Class 7/11/2009

Yummy delicious chocolates at Amore's Chocolate Class. They really are. Especially when you have two lovely ladies, Ms Nurul Faizah and Ms Norfaezah who diligently made them :) They have specially requested for this class as they have been so eager in joining this class.

Fun with Genius i-Smart Maker

On the 31st of October, Amore welcomed Ms Eleni Ku, representative from the Genius Group to conduct a promotion on the Genius food maker.

Present during the class, they were all awed by the
awesomeness of the food maker. It makes
things unbelievably easy to prepare. Not to forget healthy!




And yes, Ms Eleni Ku in full performance, getting people excited
and hungry

On the 24th of October 2009, 11 wonderful ladies joined us at Amore in the Cupcake Baking and Decorating workshop. We had a blast :)

Ms Mardiana - this is her very first attempt in cupcake making and decorating,
and it was a success. Currently she's working at Butik Cantek at Oakland, Seremban 2.



Ms Marliyana. This 14 year-old girl certainly has talent up in her sleeves,
waiting to be unfold. Currently studying at SMK Puteri.



Ms Norakma. From Mambau, this is her first attempt as well.



Ms Rohana, attended the Agar-agar Magic class last week and here she is
for the Cupcake class, Currently she's teaching at SMK Kompleks KLIA.



Ms Latifah. First attempt as well and currently teaching at SMK Kompleks KLIA.



Ms Tessvin Chan, first attempt at cupcake baking and decorating.



Ms Iszarah. She has been a great member of Amore, very diligent, and has completed all the Agar-agar Magic, Bread Class and Cupcake Baking and Decorating class.

Ms Ana, an active member of the Amore family.
She is the operator of the Canteen at Favelle Favco Cranes at
Senawang Investment Park.

She's currently teaching at SMK Kompleks KLIA

currently working as an Admin Assistant in Seremban.

Bread Class at Amore 24/10/2009

On the 24th of October 2009 Amore e-Bake is honoured to have these lovely ladies to be apart of the Amore family and make some awesome yummy bread :)

They are Ms Asnita, Ms Iszarah, Ms Fazilah, Ms Mastura.

We made multi-grain twist bread, hotdog bun, chocolate bun (ganache filling), custard and cream horn, ikan bilis bun (courtesy of Ms Mastura), and red-bean bun. They were all good, really.
