At Amore, one may find almost any sort of baking ingredients and tools to their needs. Even classes are conducted here, like pastry classes, chocolate-making classes, bread-making classes, the wonderful Agar-agar Magic classes, and the famous Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Courses.

Kindly register as soon as possible, limited places available, especially HANDS-ON classes.

Payment of a minimum of RM20.00 is required as a

deposit for demo classes only.

For Hands-On classes, a deposit of RM 50.00 is required to secure a place.

For Wilton Cake Decorating Courses AND Chocolate Class, a deposit of RM 350.00 AND RM 100.00 is required respectively to secure a seat.

Wilton Course 1

On the 23rd of January 2010, we have two new students in Wilton Course 1. We have the buffed Mr Amsyar and the lovely Ms Vijayaletchumy.

Zeelandia: Inaugural presence at Amore

On the 23rd of January 2010, Zeelandia has made its mark here at Amore. A leader in the Asian region for its amazing array of baking premix, Zeelandia had shared with us at Amore some of its truly gorgeous assortment. The chef rep from Zeelandia, we have Mr Tubagus Rahmat Mulyadi who has got an astounding background in pastry, baking and related.

Using this wonderful steamer where you can place your orders
at Amore, you will get to bake those remarkable cakes and muffins.
This contraption is better than the other lot as it prevents water vapour from
accumulating at the top part, that my damage the cake due to the droplets.

With this incredible invention, you'll be able to achieve these! :-

(same goes, these are baked too, however the rest below are steamed)

Unique Cake Decorating Demo Class by Master Andy Tan

Happening for the very first time at Amore, we welcome an amazing chef, Master Andy Tan of the famed Tan See Fong enterprise, as well as his lovely wife Ms Joanne. True to his title, he is indeed a Master in a very unique way, he whipped up 8 gorgeous cakes whilst performing a demo in just 2 and 1/2 hours!

no krimwell or meringue powder.

Fresh cream with handmade chocolate, patterns were made
using airbrush techniques



Adorable Cartoon Cake! The characters are made from fresh cream,
just by piping it out using a special Tan See Fong Nozzle
