At Amore, one may find almost any sort of baking ingredients and tools to their needs. Even classes are conducted here, like pastry classes, chocolate-making classes, bread-making classes, the wonderful Agar-agar Magic classes, and the famous Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Courses.

Kindly register as soon as possible, limited places available, especially HANDS-ON classes.

Payment of a minimum of RM20.00 is required as a

deposit for demo classes only.

For Hands-On classes, a deposit of RM 50.00 is required to secure a place.

For Wilton Cake Decorating Courses AND Chocolate Class, a deposit of RM 350.00 AND RM 100.00 is required respectively to secure a seat.

Dear readers of this blog, here we would like to share with you
briefly on our baking and decorating adventure of the past few weeks




A three-tier wedding cake, with fresh flowers and designs on it.
It was an adventure making this cake as the flowers were amazingly gorgeous and we love
the piping work that is done on it, and not to forget the flow of fondant
at the edge of the cake.

A hantaran cake ordered by a lovely lady from Remabu.
She specifically requested roses of those three colours, and voila!
We present you roses made of love and tender care.






The organza cloth is added to enhance the feminine touch.

A set of cupcakes for a cute lovey-dovey couple, we just love the mix
of colours that they have specifically requested.

A chocolate fondant covered wedding cake. This is a design specifically picked out
by our dear customer. This cake was an amazing adventure as we had never before been requested for a dark based wedding cake,
but to our amazement, it came out so beautiful that we it looked to good to be cut.

May Chocolate Class

Recently, the Amore family had an awesome time making chocolates in our Chocolate Making Class. We welcomed four gorgeous ladies who are so excited in learning new skills that could enhance their money-making abilities whereby they are ready to become entrepreneurs at the end of the class.

Commonly know as "Lollychocz", or chocolate lollies,
these stuff are especially great for events that involve kids

Ms Faezah here is a lady who loves to bake for her family,
and she is so excited to surprise her family
with these wonderful goodies :)




Ms Janet here is a very pleasant lady,
who is very keen on learning new stuff.





Ms Mei Theng here had just completed her SPM last year and is very much interested
in learning the art of baking, decorating and the exquisite taste and making of chocolate




Ms Khairani from Kuala Lumpur. She's a very dedicated lady, and is
currently working with the Japanese embassy.
