At Amore, one may find almost any sort of baking ingredients and tools to their needs. Even classes are conducted here, like pastry classes, chocolate-making classes, bread-making classes, the wonderful Agar-agar Magic classes, and the famous Wilton Method of Cake Decorating Courses.

Kindly register as soon as possible, limited places available, especially HANDS-ON classes.

Payment of a minimum of RM20.00 is required as a

deposit for demo classes only.

For Hands-On classes, a deposit of RM 50.00 is required to secure a place.

For Wilton Cake Decorating Courses AND Chocolate Class, a deposit of RM 350.00 AND RM 100.00 is required respectively to secure a seat.

What's On at Amore?


Ladies & Gentlemen, for the very 1st time it's happening at Amore E Bake!

The famous Chef Eugene Wong will be conducting a demo on rolled fondant!

Date: 18 July 2009 Saturday

Time: 2.00-5.00pm

Fees : RM70.00  (includes a copy of the hard cover book which worth RM68.00)

Chef Akma

Due to popular demand, frozen food workshop will be held on the 18/07/09 by Chef Akma from

9.30am-12.30pm

Wilton Course I classes will commence on the 29/06/09

The lovely 3 tier miniature cake for my lovely princess birthday. Wow she luv it......muah awesome!!!


On the 10/06/09 at about 6.30pm received 2 order for cakes, a birthday cake & engagement cake for 11/06/09. Pn. Sabariah was happy when she came with her son to collect their cake at about 5.45pm on the 11/06/09. 


    The engagement cake  was baked,decorated & delivered on the 11/06/09.Assisted by my     dear princess who luckily had attended the Wilton Course 1 not too long ago.

Received a call from Cikgu Intan from Sekolah Wawasan at about 10.00am on the 11/06/09 requesting for bread workshop for her adorable children, nephews  & nieces who came all the way from Johor. As I have cakes order on the particular day, I was not able to entertain her request on the same day as I need 4 hrs in advance to prepare the sponge .Instead, I offered the handsome boys & beautiful girls a chocolate cupcake baking & decorating class.
