All the way from Kuching,Sarawak

Amore e-Bake felt honoured today, as we welcome a lovely lady and her adorable daughter to the Amore family. Puan Gayah and her daughter Afiqah is very much welcomed here, and it is a delight for us at Amore, to have you both with us, baking cookies and cupcakes, as well as decorating them with royal icing, fondant, buttercream, piping jelly, and sugar image.

We just received a confirmation from them yesterday  that they can make it today, all the way from Kuching. Stayed over in a hotel in Petaling Jaya and came from PJ to Seremban by KTM.

Pizza Class for Kids

10th of December 2009 is definitely a day to remember at Amore as the Italiano essence was brought to Amore, added with a tinge of local fusion - its got the 1Malaysia twist, with a Chinese cikgu, 1 Malay girl, 2 Celayu siblings (Cina-Melayu *non-existent however eccentric vocab) and 2 Indian girls. See what I mean?

Not only they learnt about baking, the kids were also taught on the

Power of the Mind and the Law of Attraction,

where if you believe in something, have faith in yourself that you Can do it,

you Will be able to do it.

Take Adam for example, he succesfully stood on eggs without breaking Any of them.

Wilton Course 1

Wilton Course 1 at Amore recently started with 3 participants, they are Ms Fazlin, Ms Phanny and Ms Siti Marina.

However, for the 3rd and 4th lesson, Ms Fazlin and Ms Siti Marina could not join us as they have their respective commitments. So Ms Phanny travelled solo on the day.

Kids' Cookies Class 02/12/2009

On the 2nd of December 2009, not long after the Kids' Bread Class, we had a lovely bunch of adorable girls at Amore e-Bake. Time was well spent honing their skills in baking and decorating cookies with fondant and royal icing of various colours.

Kids' Bread Class 02 December 2009

On the 2nd of December 2009, Amore e-Bake welcomed 7 lovely girls and a tall, dark and handsome young man Thiviyan, to our Amore Kids Family. Time was awesomely spent making bread and buns for our loved ones at home.

At Amore, its not all just about baking, we encourage and instill the value of caring and sharing in everyone. As we had baked a lot more than we could eat, we decided that this bread must not go to waste and should be shared. The kids were very thoughtful, as they have decided to share some bread and spread their love to the orphanage at Rasah Kemayan. Small gestures like this, coming from little kids, had brought great joy to the kids at the orphanage.

So after the class ended, Cikgu Adriana and some of the kids rushed over to the orphanage, while the bread and buns are still steaming hot.
